We start with your goals, your users and any systems we need to work around. You get back a written scope, a fixed-price quote and a realistic timeline before any code is written — and it's negotiable if your budget is tight.
We plan the data model, the screens and the security model up front: sign-in, permissions, backups and how the app will scale. You see wireframes or a clickable draft before we build, so surprises get caught on paper, not in production.
We work in weekly milestones with a staging link you can open at any time. Every change goes through code review, input validation and basic security checks — the same standards you can see running on this site — before it ships.
We check the app on real devices and slow connections, run through edge cases (empty states, bad input, failed payments), and fix what we find. You get a walkthrough and a chance to try it yourself before launch day.
We deploy, monitor the first days closely, and hand over documentation and admin access so the app is genuinely yours — not locked to us. Ongoing fixes, updates and new features are available after launch, on the same straightforward terms.
Why it matters: we hold our own products — Foozera's live apps, not just client work — to this exact process. If it's not solid enough for our own products, we don't ship it for yours.
